Sometimes when you've been living below your potential for such a long time, you can only dream about someone telling you that you can start over, that the bad stuff never happened. Somehow for me, that recently became my reality.
Lately I've been re-evaluating my snacking habits. I kid you not, "snack time" is absolutely one of my favorite phrases, and it's starting to show. Cookies, chips, candy.. somehow all the things I love to eat are also super bad for me! So, consider this the first (probably of many) snack recipe of my Snack-a-lution.
